PDP Laban the ruling party of our President Duterte signed a coalition agreement with United Russia the party of President Putin. Party President of PDP Laban, Senate President Koko Pimentel lead the signing of agreement today, oct. 17, 2017 with the Deputy Secretary General, MP Sergey Zheleznyak, in charge of International Relations of United Russia.
