Mayor Edwin “Edsa” Santiago, together with Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin and Councilor BJ Lagman, leads the awarding of recognition to the City Choir of San Fernando during Monday’s flag raising ceremony for having been adjudged regional champion and national finalist in the annual Civil Service Commission Government Choral Competition 2017 held last September 20 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
