Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., joins fellow councilors Amos Rivera, Alfie Bonifacio, Dan Lacson and Jae Flores in the distribution of school supplies to 400 children of solo parents in the City Council Session Hall last June 13. Lazatin lauded Rivera for the project and for sponsoring the Solo Parent Act of Angeles City.
