SM City Pampanga shall crown the King and Queen of Halloween cutie royalties and the spookiest costumes at the Spooktacular Halloween costume contest on October 31, 2017 at The Event Center. Register under Kids category for children 4 to 12 years old while Teens category for 13 years old and above. Dress up in your most royalty King or Queen costumes or spice it up and be scary-fic as you want! Registration booth is located at the Global Fashion Wing in front of Uniqlo.
