Toyota C-HR rolling in to the Philippine market

Toyota, one of the biggest Japanese multinational automotive manufacturers, is getting ready to compete with other automotive manufacturers with the upcoming release of the 2017-2018 Toyota C-HR.

The Coupe High Rider (C-HR) will be the first of its kind coming from Toyota and will be a perfect choice of vehicle for those that are looking to drive in style and comfort, as well as getting outstanding gas mileage in city and highway driving.

Engine Specifications
This crossover will be equipped with a 2.0 Liter 4-cylinder DOHC 16-valve engine that can make around 144 horsepower at 6100 revolutions per minute. These specifications make it a suitable car for those with different needs, especially because of the fact that it will come in three driving modes: Sport, Normal, and Economy. It is expected to run 27 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the highway.

Sleek Exterior
One of the first things to notice upon the sight of this coupe is the amount of lines that run throughout the body, making sure that there is a shine to be seen at any angle. The kit will include an aerodynamic rear lower diffuser with a rear spoiler, aerodynamic underbody panels, and front and rear wheel spats.

Just like most of the top-of-the-line vehicle models that are being produced today, the C-HR will come with low and high beam halogen headlights that come with an automatic on and off feature that will relieve you of worries when you’re getting in and out of the car. Furthermore, the C-HR will have LED daytime-running lights that also come with the automatic on and off that will assure your presence on the road, day or night.

The C-HR will be supported by vortex-styled 18-inch sport alloy wheels with P225/50R18 95V tires that will complement the sleek body kit design and keep the car looking modern from top to bottom.

Although this car is considered to be a coupe, which entails a 2-door vehicle, the rear door will have hidden-type handles to keep it all clean and simple and all the door handles, including the trunk hatch door, will come with a touch sensor that will trigger the locking and unlocking of the car.

Steering away from the simple functionality of the two side view mirrors in cars, the C-HR mirrors will include the turn signal indicators, blind spot warning indicators, puddle lights, as well as an auto-folding feature.

To make sure that the drive is more comfortable and enjoyable; the front windshield will be an acoustic noise-cancelling window.

Toyota is equipping the C-HR in order to make sure that their drivers have everything they need and that their trips are enjoyable and comfortable.

The interior includes a dual zone automatic climate control system with a pollen filter and individual temperature settings for the driver as well as the front seat passenger. The front dash board has a 7-inch touch-screen unit with an auxiliary and a USB 2.0 port and also allows for IPod connectivity. Along with Bluetooth, the system comes with voice recognition, hand-free cellular capability, music streaming, and steering wheel controls.
