​Flood control infra in CSF unveiled

​Mayor Edwin “EdSa’ Santiago and Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin ​led the ​​blessing and inauguration of newly completed projects in Barangay San Nicolas, amounting to more than P16 million, on July 7, coinciding with a community-based initiative dubbed as “Kapihan at Talakayan sa Barangay”.

COMPLETED PROJECTS. Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago and Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin lead the unveiling of newly completed projects in Brgy. San Nicolas during the “Kapihan at Talakayan” program. They are also joined by Councilor Angie Hizon, Board Member Atty. Jun Canlas, Brgy. Officials headed by Capt. Rosemary Calimlim and San Nicolas Integrated School Principal Imelda Simbulan.

​Among the completed projects are the improvement and concreting of various barangay roads, construction of lined canals, repair of San Nicolas Birthing Station and rehabilitation of School Building at Camp Olivas Elementary School.

In his speech, Santiago announced that the local government is funding additional budget for other proposed infrastructure projects to further solve flooding issues in the said barangay.

Also present during the activity were Board Member Atty. Jun Canlas, Councilors Angie Hizon and BJ Lagman, Barangay Captain Rosemary Calimlim and other officials, and San Nicolas Integrated School Principal Imelda Simbulan.
