CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Six drug suspects and 10 persons wanted by law on Sept. 1 were arrested in the anti-crime operations by the Bulacan police.
Bulacan police commander Col. Relly Arnedo said operatives of the San Ildefonso, Obando, and the Marilao police along with SOU3-PNP DEG conducted separate drug operations which resulted in the arrest of six drug suspects, who yielded 24 sachets of shabu with an estimated weight of 4.232 grams and valued at P28,414.60.
The confiscated illegal drugs were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for examination, while the drug suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Meanwhile, a manhunt operation conducted by the tracker teams of San Miguel, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Santa Maria, Plaridel, Pandi, San Ildefonso police and the joint operatives of Meycauayan, Provincial Intelligence Unit, and Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Angat, Bulacan HPGT, RMFB 3, and Marikina , Meycauayan, and Malolos police resulted in the arrest of 10 wanted persons.
The wanted persons are now under the custody of the arresting units.
