At the height of typhoon Ulysess, two persons died instantly while another is still in critical condition when their car, a Honda Civic (ZUR 370) rammed into a tree along Roman Highway in Abucay, Bataan, Thursday afternoon.
In a report from Abucay Police, the victims were identified as Kurt Billy Sebastian, 22, driver, a resident of Orion, Bataan; Ruben Vivas, 19, passenger, a resident of Abucay, Bataan; and Eduardo Fajardo, legal age, passenger/helper, and a resident of Orion, Bataan.
Police investigation revealed that while Sebastian was driving the said car, he allegedly overtook a vehicle on the right side but eventually lost control and bumped a narra tree on the highway’s shoulder.
Sebastian and Vivas reportedly died instantly while Fajardo was rushed to a nearby hospital.
