CAMP OLIVAS — Two women on Friday were rescued from a Chinese national involved in human trafficking durung a sting in Angeles City.
Angeles City Police Chief Col. Rommel Batangan said his men conducted an entrapment and rescue operation in Bgy. Pampang, Angeles City resulting in the arrest of Liu Lucao, a Chinese national residing in Angeles City.
The rescued women underwent physical examinations before they were turned over to the local DSWD.
Lucao, who is now detained at the Angeles City Police Station 2, will be charged with violation of RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364.
