City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Two drug peddlers were arrested over the weekend in separate buy-busts Pampanga.
In a report to PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay, the suspects were identified as Jastine Sta. Maria, 30; and Lawrence Lagman, 43, both of Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The Pampanga Police nabbed the two drug peddlers following the confiscation of over P75,000 worth of shabu and a firearm during the series of operations on May 20, 2021 and this early morning.
Ibay said Sta. Maria was nabbed by members of Mabalacat police in an entrapment in Balaba Phase 1, Bgy. Dau while Lagman, a Sputnik Gang member, was caught in a buy-bust by the Sto. Tomas police on MacArthur Highway in Bgy San Matias.
Seized from the two were 11 sachets of shabu worth P76,364, a .38 revolver loaded with four bullets, and the marked money.
Charges for violation of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and illegal possession of guns will be filed against the suspects.
