Camp Olivas — Three most wanted persons on Friday were arrested in separate manhunt operations in Pampanga.
In a report to PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon, Pampanga police commander Col. Arnold Ibay, said members of Mabalacat police conducted have arrested Edwin Castro, 34, in Bgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, based on a warrant issued by Angeles City RTC judge for illegal drugs.
Ibay said another operation with CIDG-CFU Angeles City in Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City, led to the arrest of Rica Sulam, of Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, based on a warrant for violation of Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, issued by Angeles City judge.
The third fugitive, Jerald Ian Anchenta, 32, a call center agent residing at Blk .1 Lot 6 Masinop St., Fiesta Communities, Bgy. Tabun, Mabalacat City, was also arrested based on a warrant for violation of RA 9262 or violence against women.
