Camp Olivas — Three suspected drug peddlers in Pampanga were arrested in separate operations on Tuesday.
In a report to Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Valeriano del Leon, the suspect was identified as Bernie Suare, 33, of Block 97, Lot 3, District 4, EPZA, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City. Suare was arrested by SDEU operatives in a buy-busts on Road 2, Northville 15, Bgy. Cutud, Angeles City.
Seized from Suare were three plastic sachets of shabu worth at least P47,000.
Meanwhile, SDEU units of San Fernando police conducted an operation in Bgy. San Agustin, which resulted in the arrests of Reylan Pineda alias Barok, 33, of Ramar Village, Bgy. San Agustin; and Eliza Yco, 53, of Phase 2, Blk 47, Lot 6, Northville 14, Bgy.Calulut.
The two suspects yielded seven plastic sachets of shabu valued at P27,200 and the marked money.
The three suspects will be charged with violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA No. 9165.
“May this serve as a warning to those who are still involved in illegal drug trade and illegal activities especially now that the marching order of the PNP chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar is to cleanse our communities of lawlessness and drug problems,” De Leon said.
