CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga — About 338 police personnel graduated Friday from the Public Safety Field Training Program.
They belong to Class 2019-03 known as MATAGSILAK or Magigiting na Tagapaglingkod Gamit ang Siyensya, Lakas at Teknolohiya.
In his message during the graduation rites held at the Regional Special Training Unit 3 Annex in Clark, Directorate for Integrated Police Operations-Northern Luzon (DIPO-NL) Director PMGen. Ferdinand Daway appreciated the efforts of the graduates who are from police units in Central Luzon, Communications and Electronic Service and Training Service as well as the training management team for the timely conduct of the activity.
He also imparted his knowledge on policing and likewise highlighted the graduates’ roles and responsibilities as peacekeepers and frontliners in the prevention of crimes and illegal acts.
“Hard work, dedication and sincerity are important in order to successfully accomplish every mission entrusted to each one,” Daway stressed.
Based in Camp Crame and Clark, DIPO-NL is the working arm of the Philippine National Police in terms of inter-regional anti-criminality, counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations which transcend regional boundaries and provide a system for the promotion of regional socio-economic development in Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon and Cordillera.
