Cong Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has been proclaimed as Congressman-Elect of the First District of Pampanga on May 13, 2025.
Lazatin, who ran unopposed for the said position, garnered a total of 262,517 votes — the first Pampanga First District Representative to do so.
Joining Lazatin during his proclamation are his daughters Atty. Kercee Lazatin and Keece Lazatin, alongside Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, and long-time members of the Lazatin Senior Staff, Mina Cabiles and Irish Llego.
