Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. attends a brunch meeting with members of the Central Luzon Media Association (CLMA) Pampanga Chapter on August 19, 2025 to discuss his planned projects for the First District and the bills and resolutions he has filed at the 20th Congress since its opening last June 28.
Among the projects discussed by Lazatin are his plans to lobby for P200 million pesos to fund the construction of computer labs in 19 public high schools and P260 million pesos to fund the rehabilitation of all 173 day care centers in the First District in 2026. Photos by JP Manalang
