To ensure the safety of motorists, the City Government of San Fernando, led by Mayor Edwin “Edsa” Santiago, conducted a lighting ceremony of 85 led lights along the Lazatin Blvd on May 30. He was joined by Engr. Anele David, Head of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office and the private sector members.
