President Rodrigo Duterte has postponed his visit to the > residence of former president now Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in Lubao town due to bad weather in Metro Manila, preventing him from riding a helicopter.
Intermittent rainfall had been observed early morning in Pampanga province, which is still reeling from the monsoon rains that submerged the city of San Fernando and several low-lying towns in Pampanga province.
