CDC REMEMBERS LPL. As Clark Development Corporation (CDC) celebrates its 26th years, the state – owned firm, during the launching of its photo exhibit titled “Risen”, dedicated a section with various photographs that honor the memory of Mr. Levy Laus during his time as CDC president. Mr. Laus led efforts to save thousands of jobs in Clark as he headed the lobby and passage of the Freeport Law or RA 9400 which effectively institutionalized incentives that made investors and locators to stay in Clark.
