CAMP OLIVAS — No less than the PNP Chief PGen Camilo Cascolan commended the police officers from Angeles City for a job well done.
The awarding ceremony coincided with the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame on Monday wherein PGen Cascolan extolled the cops after their video went viral on social media for the arrest of L.A. Abegail Jabel and Cheng Li who attempted to bribe police officers manning the quarantine checkpoint for them to pass the quarantine checkpoint after failing to present their travel pass last September 25, 2020.
Among the awardees include: PLt Romulus Ramos, PSSg Argel R Cabote, PCpl Eric S Sapnu and Pat Irish G Petiza.
“This goes to show that the PNP is quick in giving rewards to deserving personnel and acknowledge their notable deeds, but we are also swift and decisive in punishing the misfits and the undisciplined,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGen Rhodel Sermonia said.The enhancement of work performance with focus on the morale and welfare of every PNP personnel is included in the 9-point agenda of Cascolan.
