Camp Olivas, San Fernando City, Pampanga — A 30-year-old man in the drug watchlist on Friday was arrested by the Mabalacat police.
In a report to Pampanga provincial police director Col. Arnold Ibay, operatives of Mabalacat City police led by OIC Lt. Col. Soledad Elefanio conducted a buy-bust against Jastine Sta. Maria in Balaba Phase 1, Bgy. Dau Mabalacat City.
Seized from him were three plastic sachets containing shabu valued at P40,800, the marked money, drug paraphernalia, a home-made .38 revolver loaded with four live bullets.
Ibay said the suspect will be charged with violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591.
Central Luzon provincial director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon lauded the Pampanga police for their continuous operation to stop the proliferation of drugs in the province.
