Cops nab 2 most wanted in CL

CAMP OLIVAS  — A man with a string of warrants of arrest and another wanted felon were arrested on Wednesday in separate manhunt operations in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan.

Nueva Ecija acting police director Col. Jaime Santos said his men arrested Jerome Beltran, 26, listed as one of the most wanted persons of San Jose in Nueva Ecija and resident of Zone 3, Bgy. Malasin, San Jose City, based on a warrant issued against him by San Jose RTC Branch  39 Judge Cynthia  Martinez Florendo for violation of  RA 9208 or  the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2012.

Meanwhile, Bulacan police director Col. Lawrence Cajipe said Jerome Quiling, 41, of Blk 11 Lot 14 Phase M, Bgy. Guijo Francisco Homes, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, arrested in a manhunt operation in Bgy. Poblacion I, CSJDM, Bulacan, by joint elements of SJDM police and  24th Special Action Company (SAF).

Cajipe said Quiling has warrants of arrest  for  four counts of qualified rape and two counts of violation of Sec. 5 (b) of R.A 7610, all issued against him by CSJDM RTC Branch 5FC judge Ma. Cristina Juanson,
