Quest Plus Clark, Mimosa Plus ‘gamechangers’ in tourism: Gapin

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Mimosa Plus are “gamechangers in the hospitality and tourism business,” according to Quest Plus General Manager Michael Gapin.

Gapin has cited the partners of Quest Plus Clark in the hospitality and tourism industry which had been slowly picking up after the COVID-19 pandemic. “Because of you, we are able to be a gamechanger in the hospitality and tourism business. We have proven to be an asset and a valuable ally here in Clark. We are able to innovate a truly Filipino brand and compete in a global scale. But most of all, we are able to continue our passion for hospitality and reliable service,” said Gapin.

Quest Plus Clark had been cited as the “Best Family Hotel in Central Luzon” because it is the only 5-star hotel without a casino. It was also cited as “Hotel of the Year” by the Philippine Sports Tourism Awards.
The state-run Clark Development Corporation also cited the hotel “for its significant role and contribution in the tourism development in Clark” in the recently concluded Clark Awards.

Gapin also said Quest Plus is also home of the “best golf course in the Philippines” — the Mimosa Plus Golf Course, which was awarded by the World Golf Awards. Golf legend Tiger Woods had already played in the Mimosa Golf Course.

Said Gapin: “This night is all about you, our corporate clients, travel agencies, associations, airlines, government accounts, media, and partners. It is a great joy and privilege to serve you and be your trusted hotel here in Clark. We take pride in your continued patronage and you are a vital part of all our success in the past year. Let me take this opportunity to say Thank you.”

“Thank you for sticking by us. Staying with us despite of the challenges and unforeseen circumstances of the past year. You trusted the hotel once again with your travels and experiences. Seeing you again after the pandemic is like seeing an old friend, as we pick up the pieces we left off like nothing happened,” said Gapin.

“For its internationally recognized standards for meetings and exhibitions, our Magellan Ballroom continues to be a certified ASEAN MICE Venue as awarded by the ASEAN TOURISM Awards,” according to Gapin.

“Because of your trust and confidence in our business, 2023 is shaping up to be our best year yet! With the unwavering support of our leaders at Filinvest Hospitality Group, Francis Gotianun and James Montenegro, there is no limit to what we can achieve here in Quest and Mimosa.

“I am happy to share that we are set to exceed our 2019 revenues, a true feat after the challenges of the past two years.”

Gapin said they were able to “innovate a truly Filipino brand and compete in a global scale. But most of all, we are able to continue our passion for hospitality and reliable service.”
