Known for enduring popularity in serving delectable Kapampangan culinary classics, Susie’s Cuisine proudly unveiled its 24th branch inside the sprawling Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. Actress and TV host Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, a loyal diner at their Morato branch, graced the grand opening in September 12.
This latest addition to the Susie’s is both a dining spot and a pasabulong center and a few-minute drive from the world-class Clark International Airport. The ambience is a perfect blend of modernity and tradition, making it more appealing to the younger generations.
Since it was founded by Anicia ‘Apung Aning’ Ayson in 1972, Susie’s Cuisine continues to capture the meticulous palates of kabalens and curious foodies with its iconic dishes such as pancit luglug (pancit palabok), and tibok-tibok (maja blanca) and moche (rice balls with bean paste filling).
Every dish is a labor of love, served with a touch of warmth and hospitality– this what Susie’s has become renowned for. From savory to sweet, each dish on their menu is a tribute to the culinary traditions of Pampanga.
“Hopefully ay makapagopen pa po kami ng maraming branches sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao para matikman nila kung gaano kasarap ang lutong Kapampangan,” quipped Executive Chef JP Concepcion.
Susie’s Cuisine is inviting diners to try their version of Sisig now being served at the Clark branch.
