As we approach the end of 2023, the spotlight is on the SMX Clark Convention Center, which recently hosted the first-ever and largest Influencers and Content Creators (ICC) Summit in Central Luzon on November 11, 2023. With over 700 attendees, including both mega and micro-influencers, the event became a hub for discussions on all aspects of social media, solidifying its significance within the broader media industry.
The summit tackled urgent inquiries on how viewers and creators can collaborate to shape a digital environment that promotes more positive outcomes than negative ones.
The audience consisted of social media creators ranging from a few thousand followers to communities of thousands of subscribers.
Many influencers participated in stage panel discussions, workshops, and meet-and-greet sessions for the largest event of its kind. “I have been genuinely impressed with fellow ICCs and the initiative they are taking to support content creation,” said Louie Sison, founder of ICC Summit Event and Where In Pampanga.
“We seized this opportunity to seek advice from fellow creators on navigating the vast realm of social media. Be spontaneous, be yourself, enjoy your life. You can do so many things; don’t let anyone stop you. Focus on creating significant content, and the numbers and money will follow,” shared Sison.
Although these trends are enduring, creators acknowledged that social platform algorithms change daily. Therefore, it’s crucial to keep content and perspective current to remain relevant.
