A 48-year-old woman on Saturday died in a gun attack in Tarlac City.
The Tarlac City police identified the victim as Maricris delos Reyes, 48, of Orquico, Bgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City.
Initial probe showed that Delos Reyes was in Sitio Molave, Bgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City, when the still unidentified suspect fired shots at her hitting her chest and other parts of the body.
The victim was rushed to the CLDH but she was declared dead on arrival.
Responding cops, who found five pieces of slugs at the crime scene, are now checking the identity of the the assailant and the motive behind the attack.
