Culinary excellence: Park Inn by Radisson Clark wins big at HARP Cook-Off

Park Inn by Radisson Clark proudly celebrates a remarkable victory at the 9th HARP Cook-Off Challenge, securing three prestigious awards: Grand Winner, Most Creative Plating, and Cleanest Station in the professional category. Our talented chefs, Justine Cristobal and Kenneth Tolentino, wowed the judges with their innovative twist on traditional dishes from Negros Occidental.

Their winning dishes included a masterfully crafted Chicken Inasal Roulade, blending the iconic flavors of inasal with modern techniques, and the delightful Ube Piyaya with Cheese, offering a sweet and savory spin on a classic treat. Both dishes stood out not only for their creativity but also for their meticulous preparation and presentation.

Special mention goes to our Executive Chef Jose Quizon, who served as the coach and mentor, guiding our team to this impressive achievement.

The competition, organized by the Hotels and Restaurants Association in Pampanga (HARP) and the Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office of Pampanga, took place on September 27 at SM City Pampanga. It showcased the exceptional culinary talents of homegrown chefs as they paid homage to the rich and diverse flavors of the Philippines.

This achievement underscores our commitment to showcasing Pampanga’s legacy as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines. Congratulations to Chef Justine, Chef Kenneth, and Chef Jose for their outstanding performance!
