Topping-off ceremony marks PRI Medical Arts Complex completion

The PRI Medical Arts Complex Inc. recently celebrated a significant milestone with the completion of its Topping-Off Ceremony for the PRI Medical Arts Complex (PRIMAC).

The event brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from PRI Medical Arts Complex Inc., JSLA Architects, ELS Consultancy & Management Inc., Savers Group Holdings Inc. Chairman Jaime “Jack” Uy, SGHI Finance Chief Raffy Cordero, Savers Air head Engr. Noel Alegre, MACCI GRBank President Elizabeth Carlos-Timbol, and Angeles Electric Corp. icon Engr. Peter Nepomuceno.

In the ceremony, project managers and representatives from the general contractor, Total Safe Development Construction Inc., highlighted the collaborative efforts that have propelled the project forward. The successful completion of the structural framework marks a major step toward delivering a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance medical services in the community.

The agenda for the ceremony included a topping-off celebration, photo opportunities, and speeches from Chairman Dr. Ricardo Lim and President Dr. Pio Rafael R. Lim. The project is on track for timely completion until 2025 to 2026, promising advanced healthcare solutions to meet the needs of a growing population.

PRIMAC is poised to become the leading healthcare and lifestyle destination in Angeles City, Pampanga. In partnership with PRI Medical Center, PRIMAC will offer cutting-edge medical facilities alongside commercial establishments, creating a holistic wellness experience for both doctors and patients. Additionally, PRIMAC aims to be the first LEED-registered healthcare facility in the Philippines, committed to providing world-class healthcare while championing sustainability.

The complex will feature a 9-story Medical Arts Tower with a 3-story Commercial, Wellness, and Lifestyle Complex, 50 Doctors’ Multispecialty Clinics, three Operating Theaters for Ambulatory Surgery, three LASIK Eye Centers, five Cardiac Catheter Laboratories, 30 Hemodiafiltration Stations, an Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Center, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), a Diagnostics Laboratory, Business and Administrative Offices, a Conference Room, a Rooftop Tennis Court and Fitness Center, a Research, Data Analytics, and AI Center, and 1,800 sqm of Leasable Commercial Space.

PRIMAC is also committed to a sustainable model, featuring initiatives such as lower to zero carbon emissions, a 400 kW Solar Power Plant, STP Wastewater Management, advanced HVAC and air purification systems, temperature control for cost savings, an electric bus system with point-to-point service, electric vehicle charging stations, and tax incentives.

Investment opportunities are also available which aims to increase authorized capital stock to P 1 billio. This includes 60% of common stocks subscribed by PRIFI Directors (Founding Family) and 40% available for offer (25% common shares and 15% preferred-cumulative). Convertible note options will be available after 3, 5, and 7 years. Investors can benefit from part ownership in a health system or hospital, optimal health coverage, discounts and benefits, a guaranteed VIP hospital room, targeted dividends and retained earnings at 5 years, and monthly recurring income from commercial leases and hospital revenues.
