As Typhoon #KristinePH (#TRAMI) continues to impact Luzon today, a new storm has developed in the Pacific Ocean, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).
The storm is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) over the weekend and will be named #LeonPH.
