Pampanga sends aid to Bicol after Typhoon Kristine devastation

A contingent from Pampanga is heading to the Bicol Region tonight, carrying around 12,000 food packs donated by Kapampangan residents for those affected by Typhoon Kristine.

Under the directive of Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Special Assistant to the Governor and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (PDRRM) Chief Angelina Blanco led the send-off ceremony for over 132 personnel from the Pampanga Capitol, assisted by the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) Highway Patrol Group and volunteers from PDY.

The Pampanga team is bringing a convoy of 32 vehicles, including trucks, wing vans, buses, ambulances, and a fuel tanker, to transport the relief goods.
