Two Pakistani nationals were arrested in Olongapo City for allegedly violating Republic Act 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) after a female victim filed a complaint with local authorities. The suspects, identified only as “Moon,” 22, and “Elias,” 34, were taken into custody on February 9 after the victim, alias “Sheng,” 28, sought police assistance.
