MANILA, Philippines – The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) kicked off its National Women’s Month celebration during its flag ceremony on Monday, honoring the contributions and resilience of women in the workplace.
CIAC President Jojit Alcazar highlighted the significance of the occasion, stating, “National Women’s Month not only honors the historical roots of women’s advocacy but also serves as a reminder of the ongoing journey toward a just and inclusive society for all.”
The event featured a heartfelt tribute to CIAC’s female employees, who were serenaded and given flowers and chocolates in appreciation of their dedication. Representatives from Acciona-EEI Joint Venture, one of CIAC’s major locators, were also recognized for their commitment to Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives in the workplace.
