McDonald’s Philippines is looking to invest in properties under the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), including Camp John Hay in Baguio, Poro Point in La Union, and Clark in Pampanga, as part of efforts to support the transformation of key government assets into drivers of economic growth.
McDonald’s Philippines Managing Director Margot Torres recently met with BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang to discuss potential partnerships and investment opportunities in these strategic locations.

The fast-food giant’s interest aligns with BCDA’s mandate to develop former military bases and other government properties into modern business hubs that contribute to national progress.
