QUEZON CITY—Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera highlighted Clark Freeport’s ongoing transport initiatives during the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) forum on March 7.
Speaking at the event, Devanadera underscored the significance of the Clark Loop, a public utility bus system operated by CDC under a special permit. The system aims to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transport connectivity within the Clark Freeport Zone, catering to the increasing passenger demand.

She stressed the importance of integrating modern transport solutions into urban planning to enhance mobility, drive economic growth, and improve the overall quality of life.
Devanadera also invited participants to explore Clark, citing its infrastructure developments and tourism potential.
Among the key officials present were DOTr Undersecretary for Road and Infrastructure Steve Pastor, Quezon City Assistant Administrator Alberto Kimpo, DILG Director Debbie Torres, and Atty. David Garcia, Head of the Public-Private Partnership Center of Iloilo City.
