SM City Laoag, the first SM mall in Ilocos Norte and the 88th nationwide, officially opens today.
The new development, celebrated for its unique design that blends modern amenities with local heritage, promises a wide array of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
Present at the blessing and opening ceremony are SM executives Hans Sy Jr., Steven Tan, Jeffrey Lim, and Herbert Sy, alongside local government officials Laoag City Mayor Michael Keon, Vice Mayor Rey Carlos Farinas, Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc, and Bishop Most Rev. Renato Mayugba. Presidential Assistant Asec. Ana Carmela Remigio also graced the event.
