ANGELES CITY – Out of the 47 business establishments inspected last Aug. 23 at Don Juico Ave. in Barangaty Malabanias here, one has been ordered to stop its operations, four others were recommended for closure; and nine received their final notice.
According to the report of the city’s Business Permit and Licensing Department (BPLD), the establishments subjected for stoppage of operation was Cloud Nine Body Massage, while Miroko Shokodun Restaurant, Aqua Beach Club, Two Brothers Videoke and Canteen, and Angeles Beach Club Resorts Inc. were recommended for closure.
Furthermore, the BPLD asked for additional business permits for ABC Hotel’s swimming pool and amendments of SEC registration.
RTW, V-Retailer, Tapsihan ni Cooyay, Paul Park Merchandizer, Evangeline Sari-Sari Store, Rem’s Store, Laps Carinderia, Lugaw Republic, and Mami and Banana que, as well as majority of the establishments were requested to fix their internal and external issues within 3 to 4 days upon receipt of the notice.
The said establishments were the subject of an inter-office saturation inspection of restaurants and establishments conducted by the BPLD, City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), City Health Office (CHO) and City Information Office (CIO).
