Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. convenes the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) on Monday to step up the move to prevent the spread of coronavirus or COVID-19 in the city.
The city government has already disallowed the entry of domestic and international passengers coming from Clark International Airport into the city. Non-essential establishments such as bars, KTVs, spas, etc were also told to close shop on March 16, 2020.
A curfew between 7pm and 5am was also imposed as the city government conducts disinfection citywide that started in public schools, churches and barangays.
