Angeles City, Pampanga – The City Government of Angeles, in partnership with the Philippine National Police – Regional Office 3, is set to hold a License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) Caravan on January 6 at the Liga ng mga Barangay, this city.
The caravan aims to assist local government employees, elected officials, and qualified gun-owners residing in Angeles City in securing the necessary licenses for firearm ownership and possession.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. announced the initiative through a memorandum released on January 2.
“This event underscores our commitment to ensuring that all firearm owners in Angeles City comply with the regulations set forth by law,” Mayor Lazatin said, “We encourage all interested individuals to take advantage of this convenient opportunity.”
The caravan is part of the city’s efforts to streamline firearm licensing while promoting responsible gun ownership. Participants are advised to bring the necessary documents and requirements to facilitate the process.
