ACPO extends relief efforts to Kadamay families

ANGELES CITY – Members of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), led by Colonel Joyce Patrick Sangalang, delivered relief goods to more than 50 poor families of Kadamay in Barangay Balibago.

The distribution, which is an initiative of ACPO for Rektang Bayanihan “Adopt a Family Program” of the Police Region Office III led by Brigadier General Rhodel Sermonia, was carried via house-to-house on May 29.
According to Sangalang, this is to extend a helping hand to the poorest families in the community amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sangalang further said that this is also one way of ensuring the welfare of the poor families during this trying time through the efforts of the Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.

The continuous relief goods distribution, Sangalang added, is also an approach to maintain peace and order in the community.

He also thanked the stakeholders and private  individuals who supported, donated and funded the relief goods.
