The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) arrested a certain Michael David during a buy bust and confiscated P50,000 worth of marijuana on Sunday evening.
PCol Joyce Patrick Sangalang said David, 22 years old, jobless and a resident of 4B St., Barangay Pampang Angeles City, was arrested near Bagongbayan Subdivision, in Barangay Cutcut.
Also confiscated from David were the marked money. Charges are now being readied against David for illegal possession of drugs at the Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office.
In a report to the Angeles Peace and Order Council, Sangalang said pushers will resort to selling marijuana as the street value of shabu increases at this point in time. He said the police will be vigilant in the drive against illegal drugs.
