The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) arrested a 33-year old resident who yielded two plastic sachet of shabu on Sunday.
Police Capt. Agnes B. Nolasco identified the suspect as Mark Anthony Lopez, jobless of 109-116 Northville, Barangay Cutud, Angeles.
Members of the Patrulya ng Bayan in Barangay Balibago accosted Lopez at around 9:30pm on Sunday along Hadrian St., Mt. View, Brgy. Balibago during the implementation of curfew hours amid the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
Lopez reportedly resisted arrest and when subjected to bodily search yielded two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu.
Lopez was brought to Police Station 4 and a case of Violation of Art 151, RA 11332 and Violation of section 11, Article II of RA 9165 will be filed against the him at the Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office.
