ANGELES CITY – The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) arrested the Top 1 ‘most wanted person’ in nearby Mabalacat City on Tuesday.
PCapt. Agnes Nolasco identified the arrested fugitive as Jesus Manusig, 45 years old, vendor and resident of 901 9th St Lakandula, Mabalacat City.
Nolasco said joint elements of RIU- PRO 3, City Intelligence Branch-ACPO, CMFC- ACPO, SWAT-ACPO and Intelligence Operatives of Police Station 1 have conducted a manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of Manusig.
Manusig was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Angela T. Paras-Quimbao, of Branch 59, Regional Trial Court of Angeles City for two counts Rape under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-18-00344-CR and R-ANG-18-0345, three counts Acts of Lasciviousness under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-18-00346-CR to R-ANG-18-0348-CR and Statutory Rape under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-18-00343-CR.
Manusig was brought to Police Station 1 and will be turned over to Angeles City District Jail.
