Angeles City offers free women’s health services

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga—The Angeles City Government, under Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., launched free pap smear, breast examination, and HIV testing services for indigent women as part of the Women’s Month celebration.

The campaign began on March 6, 2025, at the Rural Health Unit IV, catering to residents from Barangays Balibago, Margot, Sapangbato, and Amsic. The initiative, led by the Gender and Development Office and the City Health Office, aims to serve 600 women across the city’s 33 barangays.

The Lazatin administration has consistently provided free women’s health services since the mayor took office, reinforcing its dedication to women’s health and well-being.
