Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on June 2, 2025, awarded a Certificate of Commendation to Art Frago from Barangay Agapito Del Rosario for recovering and returning an important cultural property marker to the Museo Ning Angeles.
Frago’s daughter, Kylie Shin Frago, accepted the commendation on his behalf. Barangay Kagawad Erwin Cabuena assisted in the successful turnover of the marker to the museum.
