In celebration of the 12th Animal Welfare Week, the Mabalacat City Veterinary Office offered the following services for free: anti rabies vaccine for dogs and cats, deworming for dogs, cats, chicken, cattle, carabao goats, avian vaccination, (surgery)and consultation / checkup. Mabalacat City Veterinary Office head Abel Archievald Canlas said medicines are available at the office. This year’s theme is “Working Together Towards an Animal Welfare Friendly Philippines.”
