MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – The local government formally transitioned to a new administration on Wednesday, June 25, with Mayor-elect Geld Aquino officially taking the reins at City Hall.
Outgoing City Administrator Franco Alejo Madlangbayan, representing outgoing Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, led the ceremonial turnover to Aquino. Joining the event was incoming Vice Mayor Jun Castro, signaling a full shift in city leadership.
Aquino is expected to unveil his priority programs in the coming weeks.
