Former President and now Pampanga Second District Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on Saturday filed her certificate of candidacy for her reelection bid during the May 2025 polls.
Arroyo was accompanied by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay Baby” Pineda and officials of the second district of Pampanga.
