BAGAC, Bataan (PIA) — Residents of barangay Quinawan received oral health care services from Provincial Health Office (PHO) during a recent outreach project.
PHO Oral Health Program Coordinator Eduardo dela Cirna, Department of Health Regional Oral Health Program Coordinator Blessilda Sanchez and a dentist deployment program team rendered dental intervention to students of Quinawan Elementary School.
Students were oriented on proper dental health care, had their teeth cleaned and underwenttopical fluoride application.
Moreover, residents of the town were provided with Atraumatic Restorative Treatment, Pits and Fissure Sealant, and tooth extraction.
“This project aimed to reach out far flung area in the province to extend our health service delivery as part of the celebration of February as National Oral Health Month,” PHO Head Rosanna Buccahan said.
