Bataan multimedia arts contest

BALANGA CITY — In celebration of the 263rd founding anniversary of the Province of Bataan on January 11, the Bataan Provincial Tourism Office led by its chief, Alice Pizarro, the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation led by Board Member Precious Manuel and the Provincial Youth Development Office will uphold and recognize Bataan youth’s talents and skills through the digital media.

In a news statement BM Manuel reported the SK Provincial Federation is scheduled to hold a “Marka ng KaBATAAN: Multimedia Arts Workshop and Contest” on January 6, 2020 at the Bataan Peninsula State University or the BPSU Main Campus.
Manuel said the activity aims to utilize ICT, specifically multimedia, through three output-based contests namely: Digital Poster, Infographics, and Vlog Contest.

The said contest only has 10 slots for participants for each category! Winners will have a chance to win these prizes: 

DIGITAL POSTER:10,000.00 pesos for the Grand Winner; 7,000.00 pesos for the 2nd placer; 5,000.00 pesos for the 3rd placer. Meanwhile, the Digital Poster Entries which were not selected will still be given a consolation prize of P2,000.00 each.

VLOG:10,000.00 pesos for the Grand Winner; 7,000.00 pesos for the 2nd placer; 5,000.00 pesos for the 3rd placer. Vlog Entries which were not selected will still be given a consolation prize of 2,000.00 pesos each.

INFOGRAPHICS:5,000.00 pesos for the Grand Winner; P3,000 for the 2nd placer; P2,000 for the 3rd placer. Infographics Entries which were not selected will still be given a consolation prize of 1,000.00 pesos each.

“Show off your artistic skills and patriotism! Create art entries that reflect the rich history of our province. Show the world what BATAAN is all about!,” BM Manuel told  Bataan youths on Bataan SK Facebook Page.
