The Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals-Bulacan Central Chapter (BCBP-BCC) conducted a social action service for 160 children who received gifts and free meals during an outreach program held at the Bahay at Yaman ni San Martin De Porres orphanage in Barangay Bonga Menor in Bustos, Bulacan on Tuesday.
Bro. Gaine Dusaban, chapter head of BCBP-BCC said the program is part of their community social action service to reach those less-fortunate people particularly children in various “bahay ampunan” (orphanages) in the province of Bulacan.

“As a successful businessmen and professionals, we are just giving back the blessing by way of sharing thru gift giving and feeding programs to our little brothers and even the seniors who were left in several shelters and orphanages,” Bro Dusaban said.
The children of San Martin De Porres luckily received basic needs such as blankets, matting, mosquito nets and i-box.
Talk No. 1, “Who is Jesus” was delivered by Bro. Marlon Santos, a professor in Bulacan State University and Talk No. 2 “Be Honest” was shared by Bro Ivan Arevalo and Sis Kath Adriano followed by a Holy Mass by Fr. Boyet Concepcion.
The BCBP is a Catholic charismatic community movement that started in July 1980 with only 24 men members conducted weekly Saturday breakfast that signaled the start of the first Life in the Spirit Seminar, the forerunner of the present Brotherhood Christian Life Program (BCLP).The initial breakfast flourished with more and more businessmen and professionals attending.
The BCBP has more than 80 full chapters and almost 50 outreaches and several missions with its honesty advocacy “Be Honest Even If Others Are Not, Even If Others Cannot, Even If Others Will Not”.
It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-stock, non-profit organization and fully recognized by the Archdiocese of Manila and in all the Dioceses where it operates nationwide.
