The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) earned a 98.81% overall client satisfaction rating from nearly 3,000 stakeholders who availed of services under its 2024 Citizens’ Charter, according to a report by market research firm Primavisio Corporation.
BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang received the results from Primavisio President Maria Olivia Tan during the agency’s management review. Tan certified the findings, noting that BCDA surpassed its 2023 satisfaction score of 98% despite a 68% increase in sample size for 2024.
Tan commended BCDA’s commitment to service excellence and expressed confidence in its potential for further improvements. “I believe that BCDA is positioned to achieve even greater accomplishments in terms of client satisfaction in 2025. I know you’re all taking this seriously,” she said.
